Amsterdam founders join Antler's continental European residency partly in Berlin — complete teams for about six weeks, those still matching co-founders for about ten — before working from the Amsterdam launch pad. Antler commits up to EUR 500,000 at inception: EUR 200,000 wired immediately, of which EUR 100,000 converts to 8.5% ownership and EUR 100,000 is an uncapped convertible note, plus up to EUR 300,000 of follow-on within nine months.
