Antler's Brazil Residency is based in Sao Paulo and runs continuously rather than in fixed-length cohorts, with founders joining full-time at different stages. The standard package totals R$2,000,000: an initial R$1M commitment split between a R$500K convertible note at 8% interest and a R$500K uncapped note with an MFN clause and a 10% discount to the next round, plus up to R$1M of matched co-investment in the first year. Because investment is via convertible notes, no equity percentage is stated, and joining does not guarantee investment.
