The standard deal is EUR 500,000: EUR 200,000 upfront, being EUR 100,000 for 8.5% equity plus EUR 100,000 on an uncapped convertible with MFN, and up to EUR 300,000 at the next round; Antler states it can commit EUR 500,000 to EUR 1,000,000 and keep investing through Series C.
