GROUNDBREAKERS' International Batch runs in two phases from Stuttgart: about three hours a week remotely in October, then an on-site fortnight in late November for the top ten startups, roughly five weeks in total. It is publicly funded as part of the Hi Tech! initiative, so there is no participation fee, travel and accommodation for the on-site phase are covered, and no equity is taken.
