ESA Phi-Lab Finland runs annual open calls for geospatial and space research projects, offering EUR 200,000 to 500,000 in ESA seed funding per selected project plus extensive business and technical advisory. It is operated by Aalto Startup Center in Espoo as part of a EUR 5.2 million ESA commitment running 2025 to 2030, of which EUR 4.4 million goes directly to selected projects.
