Aalto Startup Center in Espoo enrols companies for twelve-month terms, renewable twice to a maximum of three years, describing itself as a long-term acceleration programme rather than a fixed-length cohort. There is no investment: companies pay a monthly fee starting at EUR 150 plus VAT, and an end-of-term success fee of about 1% a year of net sales capped at EUR 6,000 plus VAT. It takes zero equity, and works across deeptech, climate, energy, healthtech and proptech.
