This Wrocław technology-park scheme is not a fixed cohort at all: benefits run for a company's first five years of operation, with two years of incubation through the associated DAIP incubator. Instead of cash, it offers discounts on park services — up to 90% on office space, 50% on laboratory space, 20% on laboratory equipment and services and 80% on specialist training — as de minimis aid, with no equity instrument. It works with biotech, deeptech, SaaS, materials, medtech and manufacturing companies.
