WILCO takes Paris startups under three years old, at TRL 3-4 and based in Ile-de-France, through six months in person. Rather than equity it lends: a EUR 50,000 zero-interest seed loan at the start and a EUR 25,000 to 100,000 acceleration loan at six months, non-dilutive, no personal guarantee, repaid over five years. The programme costs EUR 18,000, of which startups pay EUR 15,000, with the rest funded by Region Ile-de-France and expert partners. The sector list is unusually wide, from agritech and foodtech to insurtech and social impact.
