Venture Kick is staged rather than cohort-based: teams win CHF 10,000, then CHF 40,000, then CHF 100,000 by winning successive jury pitches, with Stage 2 reached within the first three months and Stage 3 within a further six, and a Kickers Camp after each. The first CHF 10,000 is a non-repayable grant carrying only a moral pledge to return it on success; the later two are convertible loans that convert at the next significant equity round, so no fixed percentage is taken.
