SMART-X LAB, run by the Incheon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, supports about three security companies from an agreement signed in August through to 15 December 2026. Each receives a commercialisation grant of at most KRW 20,000,000, VAT borne by the company and restricted to prototype staff costs, outsourcing, materials and patent acquisition, plus a travel grant of up to KRW 2,000,000 for the ILS 2026 event in Tokyo. The announcement states no equity term either way.
