Run by Queen Rania Centre for Entrepreneurship (QRCE).

HEYA is a nine-month capacity-building programme in Amman delivered by the Queen Rania Centre for Entrepreneurship with iPARK - Royal Scientific Society, running in three phases: a 56-hour entrepreneurship bootcamp, a competitive pitching stage judged by an expert jury, and a seven-month support phase of fifteen masterclasses plus at least six hours of one-to-one mentorship per business. EU-funded, it states no cash award or investment to participants and takes no equity — it is training, mentorship and pitching rather than funding.
