Xpand is Parallel18's year-round scale-up track in San Juan, with applications open all year: a one-day bootcamp followed by ongoing one- to two-hour sessions biweekly or monthly plus a period of technical assistance, so no clean week count applies. Subsidised by Banco Popular, it is completely free for selected participants, takes no equity and states no cash investment — it is a support programme rather than an investment vehicle.
