OYSTER Incubator takes a milestone-gated rather than cohort-based approach: no fixed length is published, participation runs until August 2026 with continued eligibility based on milestone achievement, and founders are expected on site roughly every second week. Training is partly in English, and proficiency is described as essential. Health, medtech and biotech are the focus in Oulu. There is no cheque and no equity term — funding support here means guidance, investor matchmaking and budgeting.
