OUI Incubator

Run by Oxford University Innovation.

The OUI Incubator admits teams year-round in Oxford and moves them through three phases. Phase 1 validates the idea over up to three months, in person and free, and ends in a pitch for entry to Phase 2; Phase 2 runs up to twelve months with a dedicated project manager, MVP development and an investor panel, and carries up to GBP 10,000 in grant funding for non-salary costs. The 5% fully-dilutable pre-investment equity stake is taken at Phase 2 only. Phase 3 supports governance and investor readiness after incorporation.
