Run by ODTÜ TEKNOKENT.
Running in Ankara since 2005, with mentoring, training, a Demo Day and a route into national grant funding; neither the operator's page nor the programme's own site states a week count. Cash prizes are described alongside consultancy support and free office space, but no amount is attached to them, so nothing is recorded as a cheque. Equity is unpublished. Generalist.
