Le Perqo, run by the Region Ile-de-France in Saint-Ouen in partnership with Schoolab and 21, offers two named in-person tracks rather than one duration: Expresso, six months of intensive incubation with workshops, monthly personalised coaching and pitch training, and Lungo, twelve months for more mature projects. No equity is taken and no investment is made; participants pay 200 EUR excluding tax per month, which includes two desks, with a reduced social rate of 100 EUR per month for benefit recipients.
