START

START is the entry programme of inQb, the University Technology Incubator of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, for teams with at least one member from the university who have an idea or an early prototype to validate. It runs over eight months in two parts: market research, idea validation and business model first, then MVP, business plan and pitch deck, with a jury review in between that narrows the intake. It offers workshops, mentoring and coworking space rather than funding, and says nothing about equity.
