Health Founders pairs a four-month acceleration phase in Tallinn - a structured pre-accelerator, an intensive cohort and an on-site week - with a 30-month post-graduation business development phase. Every team takes EUR 10,000 at entry for 1% equity, with a further 1% allocated to a mentor and advisor pool, and top performers can access up to a further EUR 100,000 via a Convertible Loan Agreement in Stage Two.
