This Luxembourg programme is a six-month in-person coaching engagement, arranged as four building blocks that each require three to four full days of coaching plus two to three days of reporting; winners must incorporate in Luxembourg within nine months. The Ministry of the Economy provides up to EUR 150,000 of equity-free funding in tranches of EUR 50,000, EUR 80,000 and a EUR 20,000 balance, with the second instalment conditional on raising at least EUR 50,000 privately within twelve months.
