CDL-Texas operates from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station, which the programme places in the innovation triangle of Austin, Dallas and Houston. Its nine-month hybrid cycle runs roughly September to June around five full-day objective-setting Sessions held every eight weeks, for deeptech, AI and generalist ventures. CDL is a non-profit: it charges no participation fee and takes no equity, and states there is no guaranteed investment and that it does not directly fund the ventures it admits, though mentors and funds in its network may invest separately.
