CONSTELAR is Impact Hub San José's intensive 13-14 week hybrid incubation in Costa Rica for deeptech and generalist ventures; its sixth edition opened applications on 18 May 2026, closed on 10 July, announced selections on 3 August and began incubation on 13 August, with an Investment Pitch Day in mid-November. Non-reimbursable seed capital is granted through a strategic banking partner to ventures validated by the Investment Committee, but no per-startup amount and no equity terms are published.
