For the Spring 2026 edition it offers up to $500,000 — Betaworks Ventures up to $250k on an uncapped SAFE at a 25% discount, syndicate partners up to $250k more on the same terms — plus a 5% common stock stake. Betaworks states there is no charge to participate.
