Aichi Deeptech Launchpad

Aichi Deeptech Launchpad is a deeptech programme in Nagoya running roughly 35 weeks, from a July kick-off at STATION Ai through an October interim meetup to a Demo Day in February-March. Participation is free, and startups selected for the R&D-funding track can receive up to JPY 40,000,000 each from a JPY 80,000,000 pool - paid as a social-implementation outsourcing contract through the secretariat rather than as an investment, so no equity is taken.
