6AM in Trondheim runs six months, opening with a week-long on-site kickoff for the whole cohort, then a build phase over the first three months and a Demo Night finale. Applicants need a prototype with pilot customers or users and a core founding team, and should plan to spend most of the programme on site. There is no investment and no equity is taken: the startup pays a programme fee, with Innovation Norway granting the rest of the cost, and no board seat is required.
